The main goal of an HR manager is to find ways to get the best results from their employees. For this the employee requires to engage in their work.

Continuity Interview:

Before an employee quits the job, the company should start continuous dialogue with them before the idea of resignation ups in the mind of an employee.

In this survey Managers personally takes an interview with their best employees to learn about whether the employees satisfied with their job or not and what changes they wanted to see in their current job position.

Turnover Rate:

How many employees leave your company during a specified period of time can be identified with the help of turnover rate.

Customer Satisfaction Rate (CSAT)

Employee’s happiness is important for the customer satisfaction. Therefore, one of the best ways to measure employee engagement is to identify how satisfied your customers are with their service.

This can do by personally interacting with the customers or through the formal customer satisfaction survey.

Employee absentee rate

This parameter helps the company to measure the number of employees who have not been reported to the work regularly. This can badly effect the productivity of the company.

In order to solve absenteeism problems, the reason of employee disengagement must be addressed through a strategically implemented employee engagement program.

Managers do not pay attention to employees unless there are noticeably absenteeism among their best employees in their workforce.
